I had the pleasure of providing watercolor guest portraits at Courtney & Chase’s wedding! This special day was referred to as a “wedding dipped in color” giving the most eloquent spring bloom vibes in the midst of March.

The gorgeous floral was provided by Danielle with Save the Date Florida. Her attention to detail throughout the whole day was impressive- allowing every inch of the event to radiate with color.

Fun Fact: I began my wedding career journey working as a floral assistant to Danielle back when I was 16 years old!

Having the opportunity to sketch and paint Courtney & Chase’s guests was such an honor. They were all so kind and excited to sign up!

My favorite part of what I do is interacting with so many excited guests and seeing their reactions when picking up their pieces. I always try my best to make sure their unique qualities stand out in each portrait. I pay attention to their dress design and flow, their tattoos or highlighted hair, and even the jewelry they wear. Capturing what makes them special is important- I want them to look at their portrait and say “that’s me!”.
